A little help with SwipeAliya.
We’re here for the questions, too.
How do I ask for help?
Create an account, verify your email and choose “Ask for help” in your space. Upload the original bill and tell your story. Follow the review status from your profile.
Why can’t I pay a bill?
A bill must pass review before it can receive support. If checkout is temporarily unavailable, try again later or contact support with the bill reference.
Was my payment received?
Open Giving and use “Check payment status”. If money was deducted, check the existing gift before starting another checkout. Include your order ID when contacting support.
How do I recover my account?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Recovery links expire in 30 minutes and can be used once. If you joined with Google, you can continue using Google sign-in.
Contact support
Email akhilakhi884@gmail.com. Include your SwipeAliya bill or order number. Never send passwords, OTPs, card details or your UPI PIN.
Overdue and underfunded bills
The invoice due date is a review checkpoint. New checkouts pause after the verified fundraising deadline until an independent reviewer reconfirms the biller accepts payment, the balance remains outstanding and a payment plan is valid. A verified extension is limited to 30 days at a time and never silently increases the funding goal or changes the invoice due date. Checkouts already started may finish; collected money remains subject to biller reconciliation. The team may pay part of a team-paid bill only if the official biller accepts it, then record an official receipt. If fulfilment is no longer possible, the fundraiser is closed. Unused team-held principal is allocated proportionally back to the original donor payments, with the corresponding share of the platform fee, rounded to paise. Already-paid biller amounts and unrelated basket items are excluded. Contributions are never moved to another bill without a new payment. Refunds are shown as returned only after the provider confirms processing; failed, below-minimum or otherwise restricted refunds remain tracked for operator and provider resolution. Route transfers require biller-transfer reconciliation and reversal before refunds; they are not treated as team-held unused money.
